Challenge set by Harry and Thomas

Hi Everybody

This is our challenge for everyone; see how far you can get......

You will need a pack of playing cards, well shuffled, and enough room to exercise 

Each suit equals an exercise:
Spades = Burpees
Hearts = Sit ups
Clubs = Press ups
Diamonds = Tuck jumps
Joker = 1 min rest

With your pack of cards shuffled and face down, turn over one card at a time and do the designated exercise.

Reps relate to the card value. King, Queen, Jack cards = 10 reps, Aces = 1 or 11 depending on how energetic you are feeling.

Can you do a whole pack of cards?
